Scott Sears Plumbing serves homeowners and businesses across Henry, Butts, Monroe, and Spalding counties — and select surrounding communities throughout South Metro Atlanta.
A Local Plumber Who Knows the Area
Scott is a Henry County native with over 30 years of plumbing experience in these communities. When you call, you're getting a local plumber who knows the neighborhoods, the housing stock, and the people — not a dispatcher routing a stranger to your door.
Counties & Communities Served
Henry County
Henry County is Scott's home base and one of the fastest-growing counties in Georgia, with over 240,000 residents. The county stretches from the I-75 corridor through McDonough — the county seat with its historic downtown square — south through Stockbridge, Hampton, and Locust Grove. Henry County is home to Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, Mercer University's Regional Academic Center in McDonough, and major distribution employers along US-23 and I-75. Scott brings 30+ years of plumbing experience to the county's full range of housing stock: the gated luxury homes of Eagles Landing Country Club (Stockbridge), the established neighborhoods of Heron Bay, Kelleytown, Ola, Luella, and Flippen, and the newer master-planned communities along SR-20 and SR-81. Whether it's a new construction rough-in, a remodel, or an emergency repair, Scott knows Henry County inside and out.
Butts County
Butts County sits just south of Henry County along the I-75 corridor and is home to Jackson — the charming county seat with a historic downtown and a strong small-town character. The county's crown jewel is Jackson Lake, created by the Lloyd Shoals Dam in 1910 and one of the largest man-made lakes in Georgia. Lakefront homeowners on Jackson Lake rely on Scott for everything from water heater replacements to full plumbing remodels. The county also includes Indian Springs State Park — one of the oldest state parks in the United States — as well as the communities of Jenkinsburg and Flovilla. Butts County is part of the Atlanta metro area and continues to grow as families seek more space south of the city, with newer subdivisions joining the county's established rural and lakefront properties.
Monroe County
Monroe County is a scenic, largely rural county centered around Forsyth — the county seat — located along the I-75 corridor between Atlanta and Macon. With nearly 28,000 residents, Monroe County offers a quieter pace of life while remaining accessible to both metro areas. The county is home to High Falls State Park, one of Georgia's most visited parks, and the historic Juliette community — famous as the filming location for the movie Fried Green Tomatoes. Forsyth itself features a Forsyth Golf Course, the Monroe County Museum, and a growing number of residential subdivisions including Riverforest, Riata, Cabaniss Farms, Brandywine, and Brookwood. The county's housing stock spans rural farmhouses, newer subdivisions, and lakefront properties — all of which keep Scott busy year-round.
Spalding County
Spalding County anchors the Griffin area — a growing community of over 67,000 residents in the West Central Georgia region and part of the Atlanta metro area. Griffin is the county seat and commercial hub, featuring a revitalized historic downtown, Southern Crescent Technical College, and a mix of century-old Victorian homes and modern construction. The county is best known to plumbers for Sun City Peachtree — a massive Del Webb active adult community with thousands of homes where quality plumbing service is in constant demand. Other notable communities include Orchard Hill, Sunny Side, and East Griffin. Spalding County's housing stock spans everything from historic homes in Griffin's established neighborhoods to brand-new construction in master-planned communities, giving Scott a wide variety of work across the area.
